PREVENTING LEPTOSPIROSIS
TAKE STEPS TO PROTECT
 Most dogs that venture outdoors are at risk for lepto. Take steps now to protect you and your dog.
- Vaccination is a low-cost means to help protect your dog from a disease that can be very costly to treat.

- Remove food, garbage and nesting materials from your yard to minimize wildlife activity.
- Discourage your dog from drinking from standing water, such as ponds, lakes, streams, rivers or puddles.
